Common questions
I lost my stats after reinstalling
Kadi signs you in anonymously, with the account tied to your device rather than to an email address or password. That is deliberate — it means we hold nothing that identifies you. The trade-off is that uninstalling the app or moving to a new device starts you fresh, and we have no way to recover the old record.
A room code isn't working
Room codes are short-lived and case-insensitive. If a code is rejected, the room has usually been closed by its host or has filled up. Ask the host to create a new one.
Room codes are not a security feature — anyone holding a code can join. Share them only with people you intend to play with.
Someone is cheating or abusive
Report it to support@koromia.app with the player's display name and roughly when the game took place. We can review server logs and gameplay telemetry, and we suspend or ban accounts that manipulate matches or abuse other players.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. On the web, see account deletion. Deletion is permanent.
Does Kadi cost anything?
No. Kadi is free, contains no advertising, and has no in-app purchases.
Is Kadi on iOS?
Not yet. Android is the first release; iOS support is planned.
Reporting a security issue
Send vulnerability reports to security@koromia.app. We acknowledge within 15 business days and will not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers who follow responsible disclosure.
