This Notice describes what the Kadi application collects. It sits alongside our overarching Privacy Policy, which explains our general practices, your rights, and how to contact us. Where this Notice conflicts with the Privacy Policy, this Notice controls for Kadi.

1. What Kadi Collects
Account information. Kadi signs you in anonymously on first launch. Firebase issues a random account identifier to your device — we do not ask for an email address, a phone number, or a real name, and there is no sign-up form. You choose a display name, which is the only thing you tell us about yourself.
Gameplay data. Game results, scores, win/loss records, and leaderboard standings.
Multiplayer session data. Room codes you create or join, and the identity of the account associated with each session.
Server logs. Our infrastructure passively records your IP address, device identifier, timestamps, and request metadata.

IP addresses and device identifiers are used for routing, rate limiting, anti-cheat, and security investigation only. We do not use them for advertising, profiling, or location inference.
3. What Other Players Can See
Your display name and leaderboard position are visible to other players.
Choose a display name you are comfortable making public. If you prefer not to be identifiable, do not use your real name. You can change your display name at any time in Settings.
Inside a private room, participants can see your display name and play. Room codes are not a security feature — anyone holding a code can join. Share codes only with people you intend to play with.
3a. We Do Not Collect Your Identity
We never ask for your legal name, and we do not verify the display name you give us. There is no identity check anywhere in Kadi — no email address, no phone number, no sign-up.
You play pseudonymously by default. A display name unconnected to your real name works exactly as well; no feature is withheld.
Because your account is tied to an anonymous identifier on your device rather than to any credential, we have no way to restore it if you uninstall the app or switch devices. That is the trade-off for collecting nothing about you.
4. What Kadi Does Not Collect
Kadi does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar, messages, or health data. Kadi contains no advertising SDKs and no advertising identifiers. Kadi has no AI features.
5. Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
6. How Long We Keep It

After account deletion, your record is purged within 30 days. Backups may lag by up to 30 further days.
7. Deleting Your Account

Deletion removes your account identifier, display name, gameplay history, and leaderboard entries. Server logs are retained for the period above and then deleted; where retained longer for security reasons, they are dissociated from your account where technically feasible.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Kadi is not directed to children under 18.
