In the app — fastest
Open Kadi and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. The account and its records are removed immediately and purged from our systems within 30 days.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, write to privacy@koromia.app with your display name and the application name.
Kadi accounts are anonymous. We hold no email address or password for you, so an emailed request can only be matched to a record by display name. If you can still open the app, deleting from Settings is far more reliable.
What gets deleted

Your record is purged within 30 days of the request. Backups follow our ordinary rolling schedule and may lag by up to 30 further days.
